How much fat can I expect to lose?
Everyone will experience different rates of fat loss on the 30 Day Fat Loss Challenge. However on the Challenge you can expect to lose 0.5 kg/1 lbs a week. This has been shown to be a healthy and achievable target that is less likely to result in weight rebound associated with faster, more aggressive and unhealthy diets.
Can I get a hard copy?
Everything is available as a digital download. This means you'll get instant access, it keeps the cost down and you can open it on multiple devices and print if you'd like.
Do I need to buy special foods or supplements to complete the challenge?
No. There are no special foods that are hard to find. You will be able to get all the food you need in your local supermarket and there are ZERO supplements needed for the challenge. 
How many calories is it?
The ladies plan is around 1600-1700 calories, per day, if you exercise every day. The men's plan is 2000 calories per day, you exercise every day. There is more info in The Transformation Guide on how to modify this based on your activity levels and rates of progress.
What happens if it doesn't work?
If for some reason that you aren’t happy with your results then you don’t have to pay. Is it for men or woman?
Both. It doesn't matter if you're male or female, if you follow the 30 Day Fat Loss Challenge you can expect great results. If both a male and female both want to do the Challenge together. The best suggestion would be to get the ladies plan, then increase the calories by around 300-400 each day. Do I need to join a gym to complete the Challenge?
Nope. You can pick whatever exercise you like, wherever you like to do it and whenever you'd like.
Is the plan suitable for vegetarians, pescatarians or vegans?
A lot of the recipes on the plan are meat and poultry based so it is unlikely to be suitable for people who don't eat meat. We are looking into creating a vegetarian version of the Challenge for release in the future.
I have a medical condition, is the 30 Day Fat Loss Challenge suitable for me?
The 30 Day Meal Plans is based around fresh, minimally processed, nutrient dense foods, but with any medical condition, we strongly recommend that you chat to your doctor before making any significant changes to your diet or exercise regime.
Will I have to starve my way through the Challenge? 
LOL. Nope. You'll be amazed at the amount of food you can eat and still burn fat.
